"being sick and weak in body dated 6
May 1724 - All my estate to be equally divided
between my loving wife Kathrine Kelly and
Thomas Haclett, junior
the son of Thomas Hackett and James Murry son of
David Murry of
King William County. My
wife shall have my Negro girl Lewsey in her part of
my estate. My
loving wife Kathrine

Patrick married Catherine NICHOLLS on 26 Oct 1722 in Middlesex County, Virginia. Catherine died after 1724.
They had the following children:

2. Miss KELLY (Patrick).
She married Thomas HACKETT son of Captain Thomas HACKETT before 1724,
probably at Middlesex County, Virginia. Thomas was
born about 1655 in of Middlesex County, Virgini a. He died after 1724.
It is possible that Thomas HACKETT was related to
Captain Thomas HACKETT of Lancaster
County, Virginia. It does seem that Captain HACKETT left no
heirs, as he left his estate to his
step-children, but
he could have made settlements with the children of his first wife, if there
were any,
at the time of his remarriage or when they became of age. In 1724, Thomas
HACKETT acted as executor of the estate of Patrick
KELLEY in Middlesex County, Virginia.
On 4 July 1727, Thomas HACKETT admitted additional
inventory of the estate of Patrick
KELLEY at Middlesex County.
She and ThomasHACKETT had
the following children:
4 M i. Thomas HACKETT was born about 1685 in of Middlesex County,
Virginia. He died after 1757 in of Saint Margaret's
Parish, Caroline County, Virginia.
Thomas
married Mary GARRETT on 28 Nov
1714 in Christ Church, Middlesex County, Virginia. Mary
was born about 1694.
3. Miss KELLY (Patrick).
This daughter married David MURRY before 1724. David
was probably born in King William County, Virginia.
They had the following children:
